Imo State House Of Assembly Speaker, Chiji Collins has challenged Lawman Duruji to present his Facts If he has evidence of his alleged fake certificate Scandal.

Duruji who is the immediate past lawmaker that represented Ehime-mbano state constituency in Imo state House of Assembly, challenged the speaker, Chiji Collins to make public his qualifications that justify his educational claims.

According to the information available to the press last week, Lawman duruji alleged that the speaker parades forged certificate hence, should be shown the way out and arraigned for forgery of certificate.

He maintained that he will stop at nothing in exposing the truth to the general public.

The ex-lawmaker claimed that the speaker’s acclaimed PhD was fake and the NYSC exemption certificate was also forged.

According to him, Chiji Collins claimed to have graduated with his first degree in 1981 when he was 24 years of age, an age he said was under average to be entitled an exemption.

Similarly, he alleged the speaker has failed in several occasions to honour NYSC invitation to Abuja with the clerk of the House.

Duruji further accused the speaker of lobbying with the adhoc committee set up by the Assembly to investigate his certificate status, to drop the matter in order to save his head.

In an interview with the speaker, Rt. Honourable Chiji Collins, in Owerri, he described the allegation as unfounded, challenging the ex lawmaker to provide veritable facts to his claims.

He wondered why his certificate detail is gradually becoming an issue when, according to him, it was in public domain.

He insisted that he passed out from an Italian University and bagged PhD in Architecture.

The Isiala-mbano lawmaker further described the ex lawmaker as a confused man who lost his second term bid at the Appeal Court and probably looking for whom to transfer his aggression.

According to Chiji Collins, ” my education details have been in the public domain, when Lawman Duruji had issue of how he came into Imo State House Of Assembly, he lost his case at Appeal and he started accusing Owelle Rochas Okorocha”

“From accusing Okorocha, Lawman accused Emeka Ihedioha who was the then Governor, From Accusing Emeka Ihedioha, Lawman Duruji started accusing Rt. Honourable Okey Onyekanma who was then the Deputy Speaker”

After accusing Onyekanma, He started accusing Governor Hope Uzodinma that Uzodinma wanted to install an APC Lawmaker in Ehime-mbano and the next person he accused again is (Chiji Collins)”

“Imagine a frustrated man who lost his seat talking nonsense, is Lawman Duruji the only one hungry ?. “

He however challenged him to go to court and present his facts rather than using the media to attack.
